Bridget Reinberger-Ruehl is the Principal Owner of Bridge Automotive Group, which includes Gordon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Washington Court House, Ohio, and London Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in London, Ohio. A respected automotive executive and advocate for women in leadership, she transformed her family’s dealership operations by increasing new vehicle sales more than 800% in under seven years and elevating the business into a top-performing Ram dealership in the Great Lakes Region. Reinberger has served in key industry leadership roles, including as the CDJR Representative for the Cincinnati Metro Market, a founding member of DEAC’s Next-Gen Leadership Club, and a member of NADA’s Regulatory and Legislative Affairs Committees. As one of the fewer than 2% of women worldwide who own a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram franchise, she is committed to expanding opportunities for women in the automotive industry. In 2016, she founded Off Road Divas, a women-focused off-road community that promotes education, adventure, and empowerment. Her dealerships are Certified Agriculture Dealerships dedicated to serving the agricultural community throughout the entire vehicle ownership experience. Reinberger credits her success to perseverance, personalized customer service, strong industry relationships, and the support of her family and dealer network. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, biking, and spending time with her family.

Raised by an entrepreneur, Chad developed a passion for business at an early age and quickly became an entrepreneur himself. With more than 22 years of experience serving as an Executive COO, he has built a career centered on leadership, operational excellence, and team development. Having been around the automotive industry his entire life, Chad ultimately decided to pursue that passion full-time and joined the team of Bridge Automotive Group, which includes Gordon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Washington Court House, Ohio, and London Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in London, Ohio. Today, he serves as CEO of the Bridge Auto Group, where he is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering a strong company culture, and driving continued growth for the organization. Chad and his wife, Mandi, live in Cincinnati, Ohio, with their 13-year-old twins. Guided by his unwavering commitment to faith and family, Chad brings integrity, purpose, and a people-first approach to everything he does.
